Goods sold are not refundable/returnable / exchange, please contact our sales representative if not sure the product details before making any purchase, especially car models. The wrong sent parcels/goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good & new condition. The packaging should also be in the original condition in the original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any exchange/refund. Work Zone Auto Trading will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost/damaged during the shipping progress because our company will pack it nicely to minimize the damage. Once we have checked and confirm the wrong sent parcels/goods/products, the customer will receive their exchange/refund within 30 days after the confirmation.

Work Zone Auto Trading reserves the right not to bare the fee charge if the buyer provided the invalid shipping address and couldn't reach by transport/courier company. The buyer should be responsible for your own unreachable shipping address including double charge shipping fee if the buyer missed to pick up / collect the item without picking up the phone call during delivery.
