Product(s) Shipping
1 Once the order is confirmed, it takes approximately 2-10 working days for the process of production and to to ship out from our store.
2 Buyer who is in a hurry / rush is higly NOT recommended.
3 Kindly please consider 0-2 working days packing and handling from the manufacturer; 2-10 working days for Courier Company to reach customer in West Malaysia or 7-21 days for Courier Company to reach customer in East Malaysia.

Painting
1 Price is excluded for painting, Buyer should contact Seller for quotation and further paints arrangement.
2 Buyer should understands and agrees that color code that has been provided will has different in the color tone.
3 Buyer is encourage to sent us their towing cover or paint sample of the car, in order for us to have a better color tone painting of the product(s).
4 Buyer should understands, without paint sample of the car the color tone will has different on it even though color code is provided.
5 Buyer should be aware of posting a painted product(s) is at their own risk such as painted product(s) being damaged or scratches.
6 Any loss or damages such as scratches / damaged during the transported period will be out of Seller control.
7 Seller shall not be responsible for any damages of any kind resulting from the courier company or any delay in shipment or delivery of any damaged on the painted product(s).
8 Kindly be patience as the painting process will takes approximately 5-10 working days depends on the daily order volume.
